Public Trust roles
Some federal contract roles carry a Public Trust designation. We recruit and screen U.S. citizens for them and we check the contract’s requirements before we submit a candidate.
A Public Trust position is a job that federal regulation designates at the moderate or high risk level (5 CFR 731.106). The designation is about how much damage a bad hire could do to the integrity and efficiency of government service. It is not a security clearance, and it does not give access to classified information.

High severityPassword reset links stay valid after use
- Where
- Customer portal, account recovery
- What we did
- Requested a reset link, used it once, then used the same link again an hour later. It still worked.
- Why it matters
- Anyone who finds an old email or browser history entry can take over the account.
- The fix
- Expire the token on first use and after 30 minutes. Revoke open sessions when a password changes.
- Retest
- Passed. The old link is rejected.
