Who we are
Tetra Connects (“we”) is a staffing and cybersecurity firm with offices in Cumming, Georgia, United States and Visakhapatnam, India. Write to us at info@tetraconnects.com with any question about this policy.
What we collect
When you send your resume
Your name, email address, phone number, city and state, LinkedIn link if you give one, the kind of work you want, your answers about work authorization, sponsorship and Public Trust status, an optional message, and the resume file itself.
When you request talent, ask for security help or write to us
Your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, what you are asking about and what you write in the message.
When you visit
Our web host keeps server logs that record your IP address, the pages requested and your browser type. When you send a form, our own records do not keep your IP address in readable form. We keep a one-way hash of it, which lets us limit abuse such as repeated submissions.
Cookies and similar tools
The site sets one session cookie, which keeps forms secure. It is not used for advertising or to follow you around the web.
How we use it
- To consider you for roles, contact you about them and, with your agreement, send your resume to a client or prime vendor.
- To answer your enquiry or quote for the work you asked about.
- To keep the site secure, stop spam and fix problems.
- To meet legal obligations, such as record-keeping rules for employers and recruiters.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who sees it
Our recruiters and administrators in the United States and India can open what you send us, after signing in with a password and a second step. We use these service providers to run the site: our web host (Hostinger), our email provider (Zoho), and, where described above, Cloudflare and Google. They process data for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
We may share information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety and security of our site, our staff and others.
How long we keep it
We keep resumes and application details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. We keep enquiries and requests from employers for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
How we protect it
Pages and forms use an encrypted connection. Resume files are stored outside the public part of the web server and can be opened only by signed-in staff. Staff accounts require two-step verification, and we keep a record of who opens what.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@tetraconnects.com from the email address you used. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will check who you are before we act on a request.
Where information is processed
Because we work from both the United States and India, information you send us may be processed in either country.
Children
This site is for adults looking for work or buying services. It is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
