If you found a security problem on this website, tell us. We want to hear about it.
How to report
Email info@tetraconnects.com with the subject “Security report”. Include:
- The page or address where you found the problem.
- What you did and what happened, step by step, so we can repeat it.
- What you think an attacker could do with it.
- How we can reach you.
Please do not put exploit details in a public place until we have fixed the problem.
What is in scope
This website at tetraconnects.com and its subpages. Third-party services we use, such as our email and hosting providers, are outside our control. Report problems with those to the provider.
Please do not
- Open, change or delete data that is not yours.
- Run tests that slow down or take down the site, including denial-of-service and bulk form submissions.
- Use social engineering or physical attacks against our staff or offices.
- Keep or share data you reach while testing. Tell us what you saw and stop.
What we do
We read every report, confirm the problem, fix it, and tell you when it is fixed if you gave us a way to reach you. We will not pursue legal action against research done in good faith under these rules. We do not run a paid bounty program.
