What we do
Tetra Connects is a staffing layer. End clients and prime vendors send us requirements. We find people for them from three places at once: consultants on our own W2 payroll, candidates from the rosters of partner recruiting firms, and people our recruiters find and call directly.
We are not tied to one field. We recruit for IT, engineering, construction and business roles, including SAP and Oracle consultants, software and data engineers, civil and mechanical engineers, and project managers. We also recruit and screen U.S. citizens for federal contract roles that carry a Public Trust designation.
The same company is a cybersecurity implementation partner. We run vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, help fix what they find, step in when an attack is under way, and deploy the controls that make the next one harder.
Work authorization
We do not sponsor work visas, so every candidate we submit is already authorized to work in the United States.
