Security implementation

Buying a tool is not the same as being protected by it. We install, configure and tune security controls so they work in your environment, and we hand them over with documentation your team can run.

What it is

Typical projects include identity and multi-factor authentication, endpoint detection and response, central logging and alerting, a recurring vulnerability-management program, email security, backup and recovery, and network segmentation.

We map the work to a framework when you need one, such as NIST CSF 2.0 or the CIS Critical Security Controls, so you can show an auditor or customer what is in place.

What you get

  • A short gap review so we deploy the controls that matter first
  • Design, deployment and configuration of the chosen tools
  • Alert tuning, so your team gets signal and not noise
  • Runbooks and a handover session
  • Evidence of what is in place, mapped to your framework

How it works

  1. Review the gaps

We look at what you have, what you need and what an attacker would try first.

  2. Design

We agree the architecture, the order of work and the change windows.

  3. Deploy and configure

Install, integrate and configure. Pilot with a small group before rolling out widely.

  4. Tune and test

We tune alerts and test that detections and recovery actually work.

  5. Hand over

Runbooks, training and a review once the system has run for a few weeks.

What we need from you

  • The tools you have chosen or licensed, or room to recommend them
  • An owner on your side who can approve changes
  • Admin access granted by your team for the systems in scope

Questions people ask

Can you recommend tools?

Yes. We will recommend what fits your size, budget and existing stack, including open-source options where they are good enough.

Do you support the tools after rollout?

We hand over with runbooks and training. Ongoing support can be agreed separately.
