Staffing across technical and non-technical roles

One intake, three places to find people: our own W2 consultants, partner recruiting firms, and our recruiters’ direct sourcing. You deal with one team, whichever source the right person comes from.

Three ways to engage

Tell us which fits when you send the requirement. If you are not sure, a recruiter will talk it through with you.

Contract
A person works a fixed-length assignment. They are on our W2 payroll or come through a partner firm.
Contract-to-hire
The person starts on contract. After a period you agree up front, you can hire them onto your own payroll.
Direct hire
You hire the person onto your payroll. We find, screen and submit candidates for the seat.

Work authorization

We do not sponsor work visas. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States. For federal contract roles with a Public Trust designation, we recruit and screen U.S. citizens where the contract requires it.
