Solution blueprints
We do not publish client names or outcome numbers. What we can show is how we would run the work: the architecture, the phases, the deliverables and the things that usually go wrong. Each page below is written as an example you can argue with.
Why blueprints instead of case studies
Most consulting websites publish case studies with a percentage in the headline. We are a young firm and we will not invent them.
What we publish instead is the thing a buyer actually needs to judge: whether we understand the work. Each blueprint sets out the situation, the constraints, the architecture, the phase plan, the deliverables and the failure modes. If our approach to your problem is wrong, you will be able to tell from these pages before you call us.
When a client approves publication of a real engagement, it will be added here and labeled as a verified case study, with their permission on file. Until then, everything on these pages is an example.

-
API security assessment
Testing authorization and tenant isolation in a multi-tenant SaaS API before an enterprise deal.
-
Privileged access management
Discovering privileged accounts, vaulting them, and moving teams onto session-based access.
-
Vulnerability management program
Turning a scanner that reports thousands of findings into a short queue teams actually finish.
-
SIEM modernization
Rebuilding log ingestion, detections and response playbooks so alerts mean something.
The three content types, and which you are reading
| Type | What it is | On this site today |
|---|---|---|
| Verified case study | A real engagement, named client, approved for publication in writing. | None published. We will not publish one without written client approval. |
| Anonymous case study | A real engagement with identifying detail removed, published with approval. | None published yet. |
| Illustrative blueprint | A worked example of our approach to a problem. No client, no outcomes. | All eight pages below. |
If a page on this site describes an engagement, it says at the top which of these it is.
