Workday practice
Workday consulting, implementation and staffing
We implement and support Workday HCM and Financial Management, build integrations and reports, convert data, and place the functional and technical consultants your program needs.
What organizations bring us
Workday is configured, not coded, and it is the same product for every customer. That makes design choices more important: the supervisory organization structure, the worktag design and the security model are hard to change once data exists. Workday also updates twice a year. A tenant full of heavily customized business processes needs retesting every time.
We work from your policy, not from a template, and we test with real scenarios. Conversion, integrations and security get as much attention as configuration.

Questions people ask
Do you place Workday consultants without a project?
Yes. Consultants can work on your team under a contract or be hired directly, separate from any project delivery.
How many payroll parallels do we need?
At least two clean cycles before go-live. We recommend more if payroll is complex or multi-country.
How do twice-yearly releases affect us?
Workday applies releases to every customer. You test in a preview tenant, adopt features on your own schedule where options exist and keep configuration simple enough to retest quickly.
