Partners

Build more. Deliver together.

We work with recruiting firms, implementation firms, consulting partners and delivery teams that can do something we or our clients need. Tell us what you do and where we might fit. Every partnership starts with a review and a conversation, and ends up in a written agreement.

How a partnership starts

  1. 1

    You register

Six short steps. We ask no documents at this stage.

  2. 2

    We review it

A member of our team reads every registration. We do not approve partners automatically.

  3. 3

    We talk

A call about fit, capacity and the opportunities where our work overlaps.

  4. 4

    We check and agree

We ask for company documents through a secure process, check references and insurance, and agree terms in writing before any shared work.

What we look for in a partner

  • Work we can verify through references or documented projects.
  • Insurance and registrations that match the work.
  • People who can legally work where the client requires.
  • Security and confidentiality practices that meet the client’s rules.
  • A named contact who answers.
  • Honesty about capacity, and about what you have not done.

Questions people ask

Does registering create a contract or exclusivity?

No. Registering starts a review. A contract exists only when both sides sign an agreement for a specific piece of work.

Do you sponsor visas for partner candidates?

No. Any candidate submitted through a partner must already be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Can we partner on one opportunity rather than in general?

Yes. Many partnerships begin with a single requisition or a single pursuit.

What happens to the information I send?

We use it to review the partnership and to reply to you. See our privacy policy.

Do you accept documents with the registration?

Not at this stage. If we go further, we ask for company documents through a secure process.
